• 1 no vanilla pod (3 gms)

1. Buy good quality natural vanilla beans.Measure and take sugar in a glass jar.
2. Set aside.Take a vanilla bean slit open the center.
3. Scrap the inside cut it into small sticks.
4. Add it to sugar and mix well with a spoon.Close with lid shake the jar few times.Store it.
5. Let it aside for few days for the vanilla flavor to steep in.You can use vanilla sugar for your desserts,cakes and cookies too.
