White chocolate muffins recipe with step by step pictures. This is a quick to make muffin snack using white chocolate, am sure kids will love it.I had some white chocolate which I had reserved for making few recipes and this muffins topped the list as I love baking and trying different types of muffins.
Kids love white chocolate so had to reserve some before they empty them but they are very understanding when I say I will make their favorite recipes using it.

The other day when hubby went for shopping he picked up these white chocolate which was semi sweet so the moment I tasted, found it perfect for recipes like these so reserved few ๐ Food blogger mind you see haha ๐
White chocolate muffins recipe
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1 nno egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate (1/3 cup for mixing + 2 tbsp for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 deg C for 10 mins.To a mixing bowl - add an egg, sugar and butter.

Add milk to it whisk it well.

Then add vanilla essence mix well.Now sieve flour and baking powder to it.

Mix well without any lumps.Now add 1/3 cup chopped white chocolate.

Fold it with a spatula, do not overmix.Using a icecream scooper scoop out.

Line muffin liners to the muffin pan.Add the batter till 3/4 th og the liner.Top with chocolate chopped.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 18-20 mins ir until a tooth inserted at center comes out clean without sticking.
Notes
- You can replace wheat flour with maida too.
- But if you are using maida then youmay not need more milk so add little by little to get a flowing slightly thick batter.
- You can replace white chocolate with choco chips too.
