This recipe is all over tik tok. This pancake cereal or cereal pancakes is a trending recipe in tik tok. These are mini pancakes cooked and then added into a bowl.
Some people have this teeny little pancakes with milk. But i enjoyed it with some butter and maple syrup. This pancakes is spongy and tiny little morsels of heaven in a bowl.
This is my second trending recipe after Dalgona Coffee.

- Egg - 1
- Sugar - 1 tblsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1.5 tsp
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Butter for pan frying
- whisk egg, sugar, vanilla, milk in a bowl.
- Add in flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Fill a piping bag with batter, snip a little of the end.
- Heat a pan with little butter.
- Pipe small dollop of batter.
- Cook for few seconds on one sides, flip over and cook.
- Remove to a bowl.
- Top with butter and maple syrup.
- Serve.
