Venkatesh Bhat Onion Chutney Recipe with Step by Step Pictures.
I am a great fan of chef venkatesh bhat. This recipe is inspired from his youtube channel. We are familiar with raw onion chutney, but the addition of jaggery and coconut in this version makes it super delicious.
This chutney can be made in under 5 mins. So this is great for busy mornings. This chutney has a mellow taste of onion because of the addition of jaggery. This chutney taste delicious with idli, dosa, rava dosa or any breakfast. You can even serve it with samosa or vada as well.
