Kewpie Mayonnaise Egg Sandwich Recipe which is super yummy and kids will love it. Japanese sandwiches are absolutely delicious. These sandwiches are usually made and packaged for sale. During our trip to thailand we found lots of varieties of sandwiches which are ready packaged and was stacked in one of the famous convenient store “seven eleven”.
Delicious mayo sandwich which has a sweet and creamy filling made with mayo and eggs. This taste amazing and it is so easy to make as well.

- Kewpie Mayonnaise - ¼ cup (Recipe here)
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Mustard Sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Boiled Eggs - 2
- Bread slices as needed
- Mix mayo, mustard, salt and sugar in a bowl till creamy.
- Add in egg yolks and mix well till creamy.
- Now chop egg whites and add them in. Mix well.
- Spoon this over bread and sandwich together. Slice and serve.
