Soft and fluffy burger rolls which are super easy to make. This buns are not only fluffy but turned out super soft.

Ingredients
  • Maida / All Purpose Flour - 3 to 4 cups
  • Dry yeast - 1 tblsp
  • Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Warm water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Soft butter - 3 tblsp
  • Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
  2. Take yeast and 1 tsp sugar in a bowl. Add in 1 cup of warm water. Let the yeast activate.
  3. Crack open egg in a bowl and whisk well. Take 1 tblsp of egg out and set aside for egg wash.
  4. Now add remaining sugar into the bowl, add egg and mix well.
  5. Now add in flour and salt. knead to a soft dough.
  6. Now add butter and knead well.
  7. Transfer the dough into work surface. Knead it for 5 to 10 mins till it is soft and springs back.
  8. Now place the dough in a oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  9. Now take the dough and punch the air out. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll it evenly.
  10. Arrange it on a baking tray. Now cover and let it rise for 30 mins to 45 mins.
  11. Now brush the top with more egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  12. Pop it into the oven and bake for 18 to 20 mins.
  13. Remove and serve warm.

26)Brush the top with egg wash.

27)Sprinkle top with sesame seeds

28)Bake till done

30)brush butter on top of each rolls
