Double mango pudding recipe taste simply delicious and is super easy to make. This pudding has two layer. Really yummy mango pudding and a delicious coconut milk mango layer.

- China grass - 5 grams
- Water - 1 cup
- Mango Puree - 1.5 cups
- Sugar - ½ cup
- China grass - 5 grams
- Water - ½ cup
- Mango Puree - 1 cup
- Coconut Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Soak china grass in water for 10 mins. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it gently.
- Now add in sugar and mix well.
- Add in mango puree and whisk well.
- Now pour this mixture into the pan and leave to set in freezer for 10 mins.
- Soak china grass in water for 10 mins. Take it in a sauce pan and melt it gently.
- Now add in sugar and mix well.
- Add in mango puree and whisk well.
- Add in coconut milk and mix well.
- Pour this over the set mango layer. Leave to set in fridge for few hours.
- Slice and serve.

19)Pour it into the mango layer
20)Let it set for few hours.
