Oats Halwa Recipe – Oats Milk Halwa Recipe – Easy Diwali Sweets
- Dessicated Coconut - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 3 tblsp
- Sugar - ⅓ cup or to taste
- Cashew - 3 tblsp chopped finely
- Raisins - 3 tblsp
- Almonds / Badam - ¼ cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
- Take almonds in a blender, blend them. Add in milk and grind to a smooth paste. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tblsp ghee in a pan, fry nuts and set aside.
- Take desicated coconut in the same pan and stir fry for a min.
- Add in milk and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Add in badam paste and mix well. Cook till it gets thick.
- Add in sugar and mix well. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan, add ghee little by little and mix well.
- Add in cardamom powder and fried nuts and mix well.
- Serve.

26)Mix well
