- Boneless chicken - 500 grams cubed
- Coarsely Ground Black Pepper - 1 to 2 tblsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 tblsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
- Cornflour - ¼ cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix all ingredients except oil.
- Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
- Drop in hot oil and fry till golden.
- Drain and serve.

4)Add salt
5)Add garam masala powder
6)Add lemon juice or vinegar
7)Add in chopped coriander leaves
8)Add in all purpose flour / maida
9)Add in cornflour
10)Mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour
11)Drop in oil and fry till golden
12)Serve
