Prawn Tawa Roast Recipe with step by step pictures.
Prawn tawa roast is a quick dish you could ever make with prawns. Not only it is easy to make but taste absolutely yummy. All you have to do is apply few masala on the prawns and then pan fry them in little oil so the masala actually gets brown and coats prawns well.
You can even call this recipe as prawn oil roast or prawn masala roast or prawn masala fry. But i found prawn tawa roast to be more apt for this recipe.
You can even marinate this prawn overnight as well. But i suggest you to marinate it for atleast 30 mins. I get mails from many viewers asking me why their prawns turn rubbery. I would say these following reasons.
How do you keep prawns from going rubbery?
1)Marinate the prawns atleast 30 mins.
2)Dont over cook the prawns. Prawns take less than 3 to 4 mins to full cook. So never over cook.
3)Always cook prawns on high heat so it stays soft.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
