The Traditional Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Ca Phe Sua Da) is made using a filter to make decotion and that is used to steep into condensed milk with no milk added, then served with lots of ice.I made a instant version,reduced condensed milk, replace it with milk still it tasted soo good.Kids loved it so much!

Vietnamese iced coffee recipe a quick instant version with step by step pictures
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup milk ((boiled & chilled))
- few icecubes
- Add instant coffee powder.Add hot water to it.You can add coffee decotion instead.
- Mix well so that there are no lumps.Add condensed milk to it.Mix well.
- The mixture should be smooth and creamy.Add this to the serving glass.
- Add icecubes.Add milk and mix well with a stirrer or spoon.
- Serve chilled!
Adjust the coffee powder according to your preference.But this decotion should be strong so that while adding condensed milk it will balance the taste.
