Homemade nutella recipe a creamy chocolate spread made from scratch with step by step pictures. How to make nutella at home.
I wanted to try nutella at home since a long time and finally found hazelnuts so thought to give it a try.Believe it or not it tastes 95% close to the store bought one.I guess in the store bought nutella there is more of chocolate content in it so tastes chocolately with a mild flavor of hazelnuts while its vice versa in homemade and its absolutely preservative free.I tested it by keeping in room temperature for about a week and it stayed fresh and even the consistency was almost same, it became a bit thick after a week but still can be used as a spread.
What are you waiting for? If you or your kids are nutella fans do try this and enjoy.
