Ingredients
  • Ghee / Oil or Butter - 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms - 2 cup sliced
  • Spinach - 2 cup chopped finely
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Water or Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock - 3 to 4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Cornflour - 1 tblsp
  • Water - 2 tblsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add in mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 mins.
  2. Now add in spinach and mix well.
  3. Add in water or veg stock and bring it to a boil.
  4. Cook for 10 mins.
  5. Add in salt, and pepper.
  6. Add in cornflour mixed with water and mix well.
  7. Serve hot.
