Ingredients
  • Butter - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
  • Spinach - 1 cup chopped finely
  • Eggs - 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese - ¼ cup shredded
Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add in spinach and saute for 2 mins.
  2. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper. Add in cooked sauted spinach and mix well.
  3. Heat butter in a pan. Pour egg mix in and spread evenly.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 mins,
  5. Add in mozzarella cheese and cook for few more mins.
  6. Fold over.
  7. Serve immediately.
