Pattani kuzhambu recipe

Pattani kuzhambu recipe with step by step pictures and video. An easy south indian curry made with dried yellow peas.

I very rarely buy this dried variety of peas as I haven’t experimented much with it except for the basic sundal varieties. This time when I bought it for making sundal thought should give a try with gravies and this gravy base is perfect to make when you don’t want to make a elaborate sidedish.I made Chole with this same gravy base for a gettogether and it came out soo good.Do try this easy peasy curry which suits perfectly for pulao, rice or even roti.

I made it for dinner along with chapathi and we all liked it a lot.Hubby even said we should try this more often instead of our usual sidedishes so yayy!! Do try this and let me know the feedback.
