Do you love eggs. I definitely love them. I can have them for breakfast lunch or dinner. They are so versatile and makes the perfect protein for you. Having two eggs a day gives you a good amount for protein.
I have created 7 easy recipes which you can make with eggs. Each recipe take less than 5 mins to make.

1)Perfect Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter – 2 tblsp
Method:
Whisk eggs with salt in a bowl. Melt butter in a low flame. Pour eggs and cook on very low heat and scrambled them gently. Once it is nice and creamy as per your liking. Spoon this into a plate or over toast and top with fresh ground pepper. Serve hot.
2)Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients:
Bread – 2
Egg – 1
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 tblsp
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
Butter as needed
Method:
Mix egg, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Coat bread in this. Melt butter. Pan fry the bread till golden on both side.
3)Egg Toast
Ingredients:
Bread – 2
Egg – 2
Onion – 2 tblsp
Tomato – 2 tblsp
Green Chilli – 1 chopped
Chilli powder, Pepper powder, garam masala powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Method
Mix all ingredients together. Heat oil in a pan, pour little of the mix in and place bread on top. Pour some more mix over it. Cook till golden on both sides.
4)Egg, Corn & Cheese Frittata:
Ingredients:
Egg – 3
Sweetcorn – 3 tblsp
Oil – 1 tblsp
Carrot – 3 tblsp chopped
Green Beans – 2 chopped
Onion – 2 tblsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheese – 1/4 cup grated
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, Add all veggies and mix well. Saute for 2 mins. Add in salt and pepper and mix well. Pour eggs in and mxi well so veggies are evenly mixed. Now spread evenly. Top with cheese and cover it. Cook till cheese is melted for about 3 mins. serve.
5)Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
Egg – 2
Onion – 2 tblsp chopped
Carrot – 2 tblsp chopped
Beans – 2 tblsp choppped
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients. Pour it into a greased muffin pan. Bake for 15 to 20 mins till it is golden. Remove and serve.
6)Poached Eggs
Ingredients:
Egg – 1
Water as needed
Lemon or vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
Bring water to a boil. Add in vinegar and mix well. Use a ladle and Keep mixing the water in swwirl pattern and then add the egg carefully in. Cook egg as per your liking. Remove using slotted spoon. Serve with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
7)Toad in a Hole:
Ingredients:
Bread – 1
Egg – 1
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter — 2 tsp
Method:
Cut the middle of bread using a cookie cutter. Melt butter in a pan. Place bread and toast it. Crack open egg in the middle. Top with salt and pepper. cover and cook for 1 min. Serve.
