Vegetable Bibimbap

Vegetable Bibimbap with Step by step pictures.

Vegetable Bibimbap is a korean popular dish and it taste so delicious.

I have recently started loving korean foods. This one is on the top of my list. I have already shared a dolsot bibimbap recipe on my channel before. This one is my latest easier version.

Korean Vegetable Pancakes with Easy Soy Dipping Sauce

Vegetable Bibimbap Recipe taste so healthy and is very nutritious. This korean recipe is quite popular and tasty.

Ingredients
  • Cooked Rice - as needed
  • Carrot - 1 juliened
  • Capsicum - 1 juliened
  • Mushrooms - 10 sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 juliened
  • Spring Onions - 1 chopped finely
  • Eggs as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil as needed
  • Sesame seeds as needed
FOR SEASONING:
  • Gochujang / Red Chilli Paste - 2 tblspn
  • Garlic - 2 tsp chopped finely
  • Rice Vinegar - 1 tblsp
  • Honey - 2 tblsp
Instructions
  1. Mix sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add veggies one by one, season with salt and pepper and saute them till done. remove to a plate.
  3. Now fry some eggs in a pan.
  4. To serve. Take rice in a bowl, top with veggies, eggs, sauce and sesame seeds.

Pictorial:

1)Take Red Chilli sauce in a bowl. Take gochujang in a bowl.

2)Add in chopped garlic.

3)Add in vinegar

4)Add in honey

5)Mix well. Sauce done.

6)Chop up veggies. Carrot, cucumbers, mushrooms, capsicum.

7)Heat oil in a pan. Add in mushroom.

8)Add salt to taste

9)Add in pepper

11)Now it is sauted.

12)Set aside.

13)Add in capsicum.

14)Add salt and pepper

15)Saute till done

16)Add in cucumber

17)season with salt

18)Remove it to a plate

19)Now saute carrots

22)Season with salt and pepper

23)Set aside in a plate

24)Heat oil in a pan. Add egg and fry it

25)Cook till it is done

26)Now assemble. Take a bowl.

27)Spoon some hot rice.

28)Top with veggies.

29)Top with eggs

30)Top with chilli sauce

33)add spring onions

34)top with sesame seeds

35)Serve
