I have used coconut milk but you can replace it with any nuts milk like almond or cashew too.I was first little reluctant to try vegan recipes as how it would taste but to my surprise the kids gulped the milkshake 🙂

Amma and both the kids like mangoes and they enjoy almost all mango recipes I try so that’s a great motivation to me 🙂

Vegan mango milkshake recipe

Vegan mango milkshake recipe a creamy no milk milkshake.I have used coconut milk but you can replace it with any nuts milk like almond or cashew too.

  • 1 cup mangoes (roughly chopped)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
  • 4 nos cashews (whole)
  • 2 tsp sugar ((I used cane sugar))
  • 5 nos ice cubes
  1. To a mixer jar add 1 cup mangoes.Add 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk and cashews to it.
  2. Add sugar and ice cubes.Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of your mangoes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve chilled!
