I am seriously have a problem with browies, because i can never stop making them. So far i have made nearly 43 brownie recipes in my blog. No you know, i take my brownies “VERY SERIOUS”
Here are my easy peasy, super fudgy, downright irresistible, double chocolate, gluten free BROWNIES! Outrageously gooey, spectacularly sweet and a cinch to make.
Gluten free brownies is made easily using very minimum ingredients. I used almond flour in this brownie recipe and the brownies turned out super moist. Almond flour brownies is made using ground almonds. You can grind almonds to get almond flour. I simply use frozen almonds and take it in a blender and powder till fine. - Just add all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well
- Spoon into baking pan
- Bake till done
- Slice and serve.

- Almond Flour - 2 cups (200 grams)
- Brown Sugar - ¾ cup (150 grams)
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Egg - 3
- Oil - ½ cup (120 ml)
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Cocoa Powder - ½ cup (50 grams)
- Chocolate Chips - ½ cup (150 grams)
- Melted Chocolate - 50 grams (1/4 cup)
- Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Take eggs, oil, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Add in melted chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well.
- Add in almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix well.\
- Spoon this into baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
- Remove and cool completely.
- Slice and serve.
2)I used homemade ground almond flour.
3)You can pour the batter in loaf pan and bake. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
4)You can bake in any cake pan.
5)You can use any nuts flour instead of almond flour.
