Kesar badam lassi recipe a chilled creamy kesar flavored summer drink.I love all lassi varieties and now the kids enjoy too so am making varieties of lassi and they are enjoying it.
Usually lassi is a made with just fresh curd and sugar, you can add milk or just blend with ice cubes either ways it tastes great.You can make it rich by adding malai on top as they serve in shops.
I had received saffron from Kashmir for review and its soo good.

Kesar badam lassi recipe a creamy kesar flavored summer drink.
- 1 cup curd
- 1/4 cup chilled milk (boiled,cooled & chilled)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp rose essence
- 1 tbsp hot milk
- 10 strands saffron
- 2 tbsp crushed almonds
- To a tbsp of hot milk add saffron strands, crush it and set aside.To a mixer jar add thick curd.
- Add saffron milk, crushed almonds and rose essence.
- Add milk and sugar to it.Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled with a garnish of almonds and saffron.
- You can add cardamom powder if you prefer.
- I love both rose flavour and cardamom flavour in lassi.
How to make kesar badam lassi recipe:
- To a tbsp of hot milk add saffron strands, crush it and set aside.To a mixer jar add thick curd.
- Add saffron milk, crushed almonds and rose essence.
- Add milk and sugar to it.Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve chilled with a garnish of almonds and saffron.
