No bake oats energy balls recipe, super tasty quick peanut butter chocolate snack that is delicious too.
It’s a long weekend here due to Chinese New Year, the year of Ox. So I was tempted to celebrate it yesterday with a deep fried snack and post it. But it’s already quite a lot of deep fried snack past week in my blog and did not want to continue with it. So what is the opposite of it? Obviously Oats is the first thing that came to my mind. I got some rolled oats too in my last purchase of weekly groceries.
Though this is nothing related to a low calorie snack, this can be easily made super nutritious. As the name suggests, this can be a great snack as post workout snack. Many of you would have seen my 10$ challenge vlog, I bought a chocolate peanut butter. To be frank, I don’t like peanut butter. Just cant. Since this had equally chocolate, I am using it as a spoon of post meal snack.
Somehow felt like finishing it off and today is that day to finish off the entire pack. This snack is so easy to make, just mix everything and make bite size balls. Lot’s of variations popped in my mind as I made this. Just can’t help eating in the name of tasting in between, haha. Do try if you want something chocolatey with fiber from oats. I sneaked in some flax meal too. So nutritious as well.

I used mini muffin liners to grab it easily without stickiness. Though keeping refrigerated makes it non sticky.
