Notes
- A thumbrule for all muffins do not overmix. Once the wet and dry ingredients start to combine do not overmix just fold in gently. I mostly switch to a spatula at this stage. It is ok if small lumps are seen here and there.
- You can use either dark choco chips or milk choc chips but I used a mix of these both.
- Always use ingredients at room temperature.
- Use milk that is boiled and cooled. I usually do no use raw milk for most of my cooking / baking as I use cows milk it needs to be boiled for sometime.
- Be watchfull after 18 mins – check by inserting a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean or with crumbs then your muffins are ready.
